‘Patrick’ movie about adorable pug dog set for one-day-only North American release in addition to international release

“Patrick,” centered around an adorable pug, to over 100 cinemas in North America  for a one day only event on Tuesday, February 19, 2019.  Sarah (Beattie Edmondson) is unlucky in love and a bit of a mess. The last thing she needs is a mischievous dog. When she inherits Patrick the pug, not only does he turn her life upside down, but he also changes it forever.
