PRAI Beauty has teamed up with HSN for a “Not Just a Pretty Face” spokesmodel search in which the winner will get grand prize package that includes a live on-air appearance and exclusive behind-the-scenes experience at HSN, as well as dinner with PRAI global creative director Nigel Barker and PRAI founder/CEO Cathy Kangas. PRAI Beauty will also donate $500 to the charity of the winner’s choice.  The prize includes roundtrip airfare and accommodations for two to Tampa, Florida (where HSN is headquartered) and one year’s worth of PRAI Beauty products.  Two runner-ups will receive $250 worth of the brand’s products.

Kangas commented in a statement: “We’re about making all women look and feel beautiful. We’re launching a nationwide search for a woman who is 40 and older and who embraces the concept of giving back to her community … someone with true beauty from the inside out. At PRAI Beauty, we believe that doing good is just as important as looking and feeling good, so we donate a portion of proceeds and our time to animal charities around the world.”

Barker, Kangas, and HSN host Amy Morrison will judge the contest, which closes on March 1, 2017. They will select three finalists, who will then be posted on the PRAI Beauty Facebook page for voting March 6 to 10, 2017. The winner will be announced on-air at HSN on or around March 16, 2017, and will appear as the new face of PRAI Beauty on a show in April.

To enter two photographs (a headshot and profile photo) of the contestant must be sent, and the following question answered in 200 words or fewer, in English: “At PRAI Beauty, we are ‘not just a pretty face.’ We are passionate about animal welfare and donate a portion of our proceeds, as well as our time, to animal charities around the world. Tell us why someone might say you are ‘not just a pretty face.'”
